VEKTA MIDSTREAM LIMITED, a private company limited by shares duly incorporated in the Republic of Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), with Company Registration Number CS094750526 and Tax Identification Number C0067265960, with registered office and address for correspondence at 8th Floor, Advantage Place, 23 Mayor Road, Ridge West, Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana (Digital Address: GA-051-2685; P.O. Box 11555, Accra-North), has, pursuant to Section 13 of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541), made an application to the Energy Commission of Ghana for the grant of a Natural Gas Distribution Licence in respect of a dedicated natural gas distribution network within the Tema Industrial Enclave, Greater Accra Region.
The volume of natural gas to be distributed under the proposed Licence will be determined by reference to confirmed customer load profiles under the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) at Stage 2 of the licensing sequence; an indicative figure will be provided to the Commission upon completion of FEED.
The Applicant declares that neither the Applicant nor any of its associates, partners, promoters or Directors: (1) has been declared insolvent; (2) has been refused a licence by any regulatory authority; (3) has had a licence cancelled by order of the Energy Commission; or (4) has been found guilty of non-compliance with any provision of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541), the regulations made thereunder, or any order made by competent authority.

The application and supporting documents are also available with the Applicant for inspection by any member of the public during normal business hours.

Objections or suggestions. Any objections or suggestions in respect of this application may be filed in writing with The Executive Secretary, Energy Commission of Ghana, Ghana Airways Avenue, Airport Residential Area, Accra (PMB, Ministries Post Office, Accra, Ghana), with a copy to the Applicant at the address above, within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of publication of the Public Notice in the newspapers. Submissions received after that period may not be taken into account by the Commission.
