Who We Are

An indigenous Ghanaian midstream company.

Vekta Midstream Limited is a private company limited by shares, duly incorporated in the Republic of Ghana under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). The Company is registered with the Office of the Registrar of Companies and is in the process of obtaining all statutory registrations required to carry on the business of a natural gas distribution undertaking in Ghana.

The Applicant is a single-purpose, stand-alone applicant. It is not a subsidiary of any holding company, has no subsidiaries of its own, and is not a member of any corporate group engaged in regulated activity in the Ghanaian natural gas sector.

Our Mission

Powering industry through dedicated gas infrastructure.

To develop, own and operate the dedicated natural gas distribution infrastructure that connects Ghana's industrial corridors to the upstream gas supply network — safely, reliably, and to the technical and commercial standards expected of a modern licensed utility.

The Applicant affirms its unqualified commitment to the letter and spirit of the Local Content and Local Participation framework applicable to the natural gas supply industry in Ghana.

Founder and 100% shareholder of Vekta Midstream Limited. A Ghanaian Mechanical Engineer by training and professional background, leading the Company's strategic direction, project development and stakeholder engagement.

Vekta Midstream Limited — retaining ultimate authority for scope, budget, schedule, contract awards and approvals.

Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning contractor — selected by competitive tender, accountable for execution within the contracted scope, schedule, cost, quality and HSE envelope.

Project Management Consultant

Independent PMC engaged by the Owner to provide engineering design assurance, procurement support, construction supervision and commissioning oversight, with clear separation between execution and oversight functions.
