What We Do

A dedicated midstream infrastructure operator.

We design, develop, own and operate the pipeline and ancillary infrastructure that delivers natural gas from the upstream supply network to industrial customer premises.

01

High-Pressure Conveyance

Conveyance of natural gas through a proprietary high-pressure main pipeline from the network entry point to the in-Enclave distribution network.

02

Distribution Network

Medium- and low-pressure distribution mains routing gas through the Tema Industrial Enclave to delivery points at industrial customer premises.

03

Custody-Transfer Metering

Customer regulation and metering skids at each off-taker, with secondary pressure regulation, integrity management and cathodic protection.

04

Control & Telemetry

SCADA master station with redundant RTUs, leak detection, emergency shutdown logic, and 24/7 operator-facing dispatch.

Flagship Project

The Tema Industrial Enclave Distribution Project.

The Tema Industrial Enclave is an established industrial corridor in the Greater Accra Region with a concentration of thermal-energy demand within a compact geographic footprint — an ideal candidate for dedicated natural gas distribution infrastructure.

The Project is conceived to support the private-sector participation in downstream natural gas infrastructure contemplated by the Ministry of Energy and Green Transition and the Energy Commission of Ghana.
